It is actually not as hard as you think. What you need is a little inspiration. Everyone is inspired by something different. (Start here) Find what inspires you!
Is it a celebrity that you are envious of? is it a girl at work that you admire? or is it to about having more confidence when you walk out of the door each morning.
Lets face it... when you drop a couple of pounds, you are already feeling like a million bucks. It makes us feel better when we can fit into our skinny jeans! Or how nice is the feeling of having something be loose!?
One of the best feelings in the world!
(1)Set goal. Don't look at the long run. Don't say that you want to lose 40 lbs because it seems too hard of a goal to reach. Look at the smaller numbers each day or week. Say to yourself, I want to lose 3 pounds in two weeks or less. Anyone could do this. I mean anyone could!
Exercise. Do something that you enjoy. If you don't like to run, thats okay! Yes I said it. You're not going to do something that you don't enjoy. You have to work at exercise if you are not a regular. If you like dancing, Zumba, or Yoga, then do that. You are going to work extra hard at something that you enjoy doing.
(3)Find the fun in it! I enjoy dancing and playing basketball. Basketball is great cardio and dancing works core muscles. I actually want to go to the gym and workout because I don't look at it as a workout.
